Q1: For pickup and delivery service, do you also take my parcels to my local bank?
A: All parcels are delivered to your bank’s main processing centre.
Q2: Can you deliver my deposit to my bank the same day you pick up?
A: Yes, we can provide this service. However, the rate will differ substantially from next day banking and will vary depending on the location of the bank.

Q: Will you pick up / drop off at my location at an exact time or time window that I require?
A: We will evaluate your specific time requirements and, based on our operation schedules, we will determine the best solution.

Special Events
Q: Will you provide armoured car pickup service for my special event?
A: Depending on the time requirements and the location of the event, we can provide special services. Please contact one of our Account Executives at sales.canada@brinksinc.com to discuss your requirements.

Residential Pickups
Q: Will you pick up / drop off at my home or can I drop off my deposits at your branch?
A: Brink’s Canada does not pick up at residential addresses or allow customers to drop off at our branch. For security purposes, all business must be conducted at a commercial address.

Q: How are my parcels to be packaged?

Q: Are my parcels insured with Brink’s Canada?
A: Brink's Canada is not an insurer. However, Brink's Canada may be liable under the terms and provisions of the contractual agreement between the client and Brink's Canada to pay the client verifiable losses to the extent contractually bound
